It’s with very mixed emotions that we say Bon Voyage to SPICE Jet, Samson as he heads off to Philadelphia to go to college and play ice hockey.
Samson joined SPICE back in 2012 and despite living up in Coventry, he joins us most weeks for training and has been an important player in each of the Canadian Special Hockey tournaments in Kitchener, Ottawa and recently in Peterborough.
We’re delighted that Samson has the opportunity to take up residence in Philly but we’ll all miss his cheeky grin as well as his skating skills.
We wish you all the very best Samson and can’t wait to welcome you back to Slough.
We should be in our new home by then, which is slated to open in April 2018.
