Welcome
From our first tentative steps on the ice back in 2002, we have been teaching children and young adults with additional needs to ice skate in a calm and caring environment for over twenty years.
Each Sunday throughout the year, our ice skating lessons take place at the state-of-the-art Ice Arena in Slough from 11:15 to 12:00.
SPICE runs several ability groups which allow our members the best opportunity to develop their skating abilities.
In addition to regular skating, SPICE has been teaching ice hockey since 2006. We are also very proud of our very own synchronized skating teams, Spice Crystals and Spice Sparkles!
Following our regular skating session, we teach ice hockey to our members. All Spice members are welcome to take part and our hockey teams take part in international tournaments.
SPICE employs British Ice Skating coaches who all have gained lots of experience in teaching children and young adults with additional needs over the years. With volunteers on hand to support both our newer members and anyone needing a helping hand, membership is always in demand and our waiting list is currently closed. However, Everyone Active are running an Inclusive Learn To Skate session each Thursday at 4:30pm. For more details, please contact Everyone Active Slough Ice Arena.
The Slough Ice Arena is situated in Montem Lane, SL1 2QG.
