Out of the blue, SPICE recently received a message from Sharon Barratt of the Cardiff Ice Skating Club with a fund raising opportunity.
The Cardiff ice skaters were to take part in the opening gala at the Celtic Manor Resort in Newport and they wanted to raise funds for SPICE.
Sharon and members of her team had seen SPICE perform our synchronised
skating routine at the British Synchonised Skating Championship in Nottingham in early 2016 and the performance had really resonated with them.
Thanks to their great support, Cardiff Ice Skating Club raised £120 which is really gratefully received.
